Ronald White, Senior Manager, Licensed Adjuster, and Estimator at Faith Builders of Tampa Bay, LLC, brings over 18 years of experience in construction and insurance. With certifications in Xactimate (Level II) and Symbility, he offers expert precision in estimating and project management. Having contributed to recovery efforts after 15 major hurricanes, Ronald combines technical expertise with compassion. A devoted Christian, husband, and father, he is dedicated to serving the Tampa Bay community and beyond.

As the co-founder of Faith Builders of Tampa Bay, I take a hands-on role in making sure every roof meets the standard I’d expect for my own family. My experience as an active-duty U.S. Air Force member shaped my approach to this business — disciplined work, straight answers, and zero shortcuts. I’m focused on helping homeowners understand their options clearly and getting solutions that hold up for the long run. From storm damage to full replacements, I stand behind the quality of our work and the integrity of our process.
